The Wodak Family
The Wodak Family became connected to The Aufrichtig Family following the marriage of Irma Wodak to Karl Aufrichtig on 2 February 1905. National archive records held in Prague indicate that Irma, like her husband's family, had a long Moravian history.
Names on this page are those persons who have been positively linked to Irma's family tree. The Boskovice Archive Records link provides details of another group of Wodaks whom it is thought are also connected via one of Irma's uncles.
Linked to the Wodaks are the Charap family whose member, Moses [Moshe/Max] Charap married Irma's elder sister, Gisela Wodak. Moses and Gisela's children were born in Jezierne, Poland (aka Jeziernie, Jezierny). It seems likely that the substantial number of Charaps known to have been born in Jezierne are all related.
