Aufrichtig Coats of Arms

The following heraldic coat of arms has been created by Wolfgang Aufrichtig  to represent the historic background of the Aufrichtig Family as well as his own branch's theatrical leanings. The family origins are represented by the ancient Boskovice Arms and the inter-denominational marriages that have taken place in his family line. The theatrical mask is held aloft by a Wolf, signifying the stage name used by two members of the family. A central element of the design is the Helmet, the red in which is symbolic of the blood of the Holocaust.
